The Irish National Lottery has announced details of its one of its biggest-ever promotions, the 'Fortnight of Fortunes', where five lucky EuroMillions players will become millionaires across the first four draws of November. Find out more about the exciting series of events.
'Fortnight of Fortunes' Winning Codes:
Tuesday 3rd November: Code - I-JXB-69364. Winning ticket sold in Dublin.
Friday 6th November: Code - I-JXJ-84625. Winning ticket sold at Bookstation, Stillorgan Shopping Centre, Stillorgan, Co. Dublin
Tuesday 10th November: Code - I-JXR-67753. Winning ticket sold at Spar Sweeney Oil, Galway Road, Clifden, Co. Galway.
Friday 13th November: Code I-JZC-72413 was sold at Stop Press, Lower Georges Street, Dun Laoighre, Co. Dublin. Code I-JZF-02643 was sold at The Tramyard, Spa Road, Inchicore, Dublin.
The millionaires will all be created in the Ireland Only Raffle, which runs alongside EuroMillions. You are automatically entered into this raffle when you buy a EuroMillions ticket in Ireland, but regular draws do not offer the chance to win €1 million.
Ten winning codes are randomly selected in each raffle. Ordinarily, the prize is €5,000 per winner. Special draws sometimes take place in which one of those 10 winners is picked at random to receive an extra €1 million. This takes their total prize to €1,005,000, while the other nine ticket holders still receive €5,000 each.
This month’s promotion is even bigger and better, as there will be four special draws back to back. One of the 10 Ireland Only Raffle winners will pocket an additional €1 million in each of the draws on 3rd November, 6th November and 10th November.
In the EuroMillions draw on Friday 13th November, there will be not one but two new millionaires. Both of these will be selected from the 10 winners of the standard €5,000 prize on that date.
How to Enter
You don’t need to do anything differently to enter these special draws. It still costs €2.50 per line to play EuroMillions, and you are given an Ireland Only Raffle code for every line you play on the main game. This is the nine-digit code on your ticket that begins with a letter I, is followed by three more letters and then five numbers.
The odds of winning depend entirely on how many tickets have been sold in Ireland. This varies from draw to draw, but the odds are always much better than the chances of winning the main EuroMillions jackpot. There are also 10 chances to win an Ireland Only Raffle prize as 10 codes are drawn at random.
You could win a prize on both the Ireland Only Raffle and EuroMillions if you’re lucky, or just on one game or the other. If you’ve added EuroMillions Plus to your ticket, you could even win three prizes on the same night.
You can check whether you’ve won a raffle prize by using the EuroMillions Checker. Enter the code on your ticket and your EuroMillions numbers into the Checker after the draw and you’ll instantly find out if you are any richer!
The EuroMillions jackpot stands at €26 million ahead of the first draw of the month. Whether it keeps growing or not, the next couple of weeks are guaranteed to be special for at least five players. Make sure you don’t miss out. Pick up a ticket from a local retailer or take part online now.
