EuroMillions Climbs to €200 Million for the First Time

EuroMillions players in Ireland have the chance to win a Christmas to remember, as a record €200 million jackpot will be put into play for the first time ever on Friday 4th December.
The jaw-dropping figure is offered thanks to changes made to the EuroMillions jackpot cap earlier this year, which removed the €190 million limit for the first time.
Since the start of the year, four Superdraws have boosted the jackpot to €130 million, however the latest mega jackpot draw on 20th November proved to be the one that got away, rolling over to smash through the previous record and reach the new cap of €200 million.
As is the case with all EuroMillions draws, the bigger the jackpot grows, the more people typically buy a ticket in the hope of securing an eight or nine figure prize into their bank accounts. Buying your tickets early is the best way to avoid any disappointment, as it’s expected that there could be a surge of people looking to play online at the last minute, which may not be possible so close to the draw.

Choosing Your Numbers for the €200 Million Draw
