While more than 22,000 players scooped tidy cash prizes, the Irish Lotto jackpot of €2.8 million evaded the grasp of ticket holders last night and has now risen to a neat €3.5 million for Saturday’s draw.  However, one ticket holder matched five main numbers and the Bonus Ball to grab a fixed prize of €25,000.

The winning numbers were 2, 10, 21, 28, 40 and 43 with Bonus Ball 8. Aside from the second-tier winner, 22,844 participants grabbed amounts worth between €5 for matching three main numbers and €2,346 for matching five main numbers. Have a look at the Irish Lotto Results page for a full prize breakdown and details from the Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus 2 draws.

Irish lottery players have been cleaning up nicely in recent weeks, with the top prize on EuroMillions Plus won in quick succession on Friday 3rd July and Tuesday 7th July. Both prizes have been claimed. The Dublin man who won €500,000 last Friday plans to pay off some bills and purchase a new shower door, while the Drogheda couple who snapped up half a million Euro this week are still unsure as to how to spend their winnings. Before that, a family syndicate in Co Offaly came forward to claim another EuroMillions Plus prize from the draw on Friday 19th June.

The latest Irish Lotto jackpot winners, from Adare in Co Limerick, have yet to come forward to claim their €2 million prize. More than €41 million has been won in jackpot prizes in 2015 alone, proving that Irish Lotto is truly a life-changing game.

Whether you’re playing Irish Lotto, EuroMillions or both games, the only way to win it is to be in it!
