Last Updated: Thursday 29th July 2021, 15:10 pm
The Irish Lotto jackpot proved to be out of reach on Saturday 26th September, but there were over 40,000 players who pocketed rewards on the night, and the top prize will now climb to €3 million for Wednesday’s game. The prizes kept coming in the supplementary games as well, with three lucky ticket holders in Lotto Plus 1 snagging €5,000 each after matching five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball.
The Irish Lotto numbers drawn on the night were 4, 8, 26, 28, 34 and 38 with Bonus Ball 30. There were 26 players who matched five main balls to win €1,516 each, while other prizes won spanned from a €3 scratchcard for matching two main numbers and the Bonus Ball to €187 for matching four main numbers plus the Bonus Ball.
As well as the three participants who matched five main numbers and the Bonus Ball in Lotto Plus 1, there was one ticket holder in the same tier of Lotto Plus 2 who snapped up €2,500. There were also 108 winners of the Lotto Plus Raffle, each bagging €300 after matching the winning number of 5453. Visit the Irish Lotto Results section for a full breakdown of prizes in Irish Lotto, Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus 2.
There have now been two rollovers since the Irish Lotto jackpot was last won on Saturday 19th August. A ticket bought at the Supervalu at Killiney Shopping Centre in Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin, matched all six main numbers drawn to scoop €7.3 million. If you fancy getting your hands on a seven-figure sum of money, make sure to choose your numbers for the next draw on Wednesday, either online or by popping into an authorised retailer in Ireland. Best of luck!
