The Irish Lotto jackpot offered on Saturday 10th October rolled over after no one could match the six main numbers drawn on the night, but more than 36,000 participants still won great prizes.
The winning numbers were 1, 21, 34, 36, 38 and 40 with Bonus Ball 5. With no winners in the top two prize tiers, the highest cash award on the night went to the 22 participants who matched main numbers to win €1,770 each. The remaining winners received prizes ranging from a €3 scratchcard for matching two main numbers and the Bonus Ball up to €208 for matching four main numbers and the Bonus Ball.
The supplementary Lotto Plus games saw a considerable amount of success, with a player in the north west matching the entire winning line on Lotto Plus 2 to pick up €250,000. Two players in Lotto Plus 1 each won €5,000 for matching five main numbers and the Bonus Ball on the game, while another 107 participants each grabbed a cool €300 for matching the winning Lotto Plus Raffle code of 8072.
