Irish Lotto Jackpot Reaches €2.5 Million After Christmas Rollover

Over 19,000 Irish Lotto players had cause for even more Christmas cheer last night after snapping up prizes in the draw on Wednesday 26th December. The jackpot remained just out of reach, though, and will now climb to €2.5 million for Saturday night’s game.
The numbers drawn yesterday were 1, 2, 30, 41, 42 and 43, with Bonus Ball 25. The biggest winners on the night were the lucky participants who matched five main numbers to land €1,533, while other prizes ranged from a €3 Daily Million Quick Pick for matching two main numbers plus the Bonus Ball to €180 for ticket holders in the Match 4 + Bonus category.

Big Jackpots and Big Changes
The final Irish Lotto draw of 2018 will take place on Saturday, bringing an end to an exciting year for the game. There have been big jackpots and big changes over the past 12 months, with the rules of the rules of the game tweaked at the start of September to help create even more winners and millionaires.
The changes saw a host of new prize tiers introduced in Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus 2, with the Lotto Plus 1 jackpot raised from €500,000 to €1 million.
