The Irish Lotto draw on Saturday 23rd May passed without a jackpot winner for the fourth time in a row as no ticket holder managed to match all six main numbers. The 42 players who matched five main numbers to collect €1,436 will have certainly discovered a new spring in their step though as they checked their tickets after the draw!
The winning numbers were 6, 21, 23, 28, 30 and 32 with Bonus Ball 39 and other prizes won in the main draw ranged from the set €5 for matching three main numbers up to €207 for matching four numbers and the Bonus Ball. In Lotto Plus 1, one ticket holder managed to match five main numbers and the Bonus Ball to scoop a cool €3,500. There is a full prize breakdown for the Irish Lotto, Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus 2 draws in the Lottery Results section.
Wednesday’s Irish Lotto jackpot will now stand at €4 million, with the last top prize winner having been a single player from the Midlands who banked the €5.9 million top prize on Saturday 9th May. The ticket holder made their purchase at the Tesco on Ash Street in Mullingar, Co Westmeath, where two other major prizes had been won previously.
