Biggest Ever €250M EuroMillions Win For One Player in Ireland

A historical first was made last night when the record-breaking EuroMillions jackpot was finally won in Ireland! The lucky ticket holder won an astounding €250 million in the fourth rollover before the EuroMillions would have become a ‘Must Be Won’ event.
The EuroMillions jackpot has only ever reached the limit of €250 million one other time, which was on 28th March of this year. A Super Draw immediately increased the prize early on to £110 million. After the jackpot cap was reached, the €250 million jackpot was won by one lucky Austrian player.
The winning ticket was sold in Cork, at Clifford’s Centra on Shandon Street in the city centre, and the winner has contacted the Prize Claim team. However, if you bought any tickets for Tuesday, 17th June, then the winning numbers to look out for are 13, 22, 23, 44, 49 with the two Lucky Stars 3 and 5. There were plenty of other big prizes on offer thanks to the jackpot excess, with the draw seeing 88,400 Irish winners!
