How to Spend the €130 Million EuroMillions Superdraw Jackpot

How to Spend the €130 Million EuroMillions Superdraw Jackpot

Last Updated: Tuesday 27th September 2022, 09:35 am

Friday sees the first EuroMillions Superdraw at the enhanced value of €130 million and players across the nine nations that participate in the game will be daydreaming about how they would spend such a gigantic chunk of cash should they win it tomorrow night. A survey on the National-Lottery.com social media accounts showed that users would not be rushing out to the local supercar dealer to unleash their inner Jeremy Clarksons, but rather heading to the travel agents to book a getaway to sunnier climes.

As of 9:30am on Thursday, 44 percent of those who responded said a tropical holiday was top of their wish list, possibly as a direct result of the onset of autumn, which has been increasingly notable in recent days as the sun sets earlier and bad weather rolls in. A further 33 percent of EuroMillions players aimed to leap up the property ladder by getting hold of the keys to a plush new mansion and 23 percent pledged to do something more creative with their Superdraw windfall.

Chris Munro said on Twitter that he would buy his local non-league football team and snap up the freehold to their ground, with fixing the clubhouse roof topping his to-do list. Fellow Twitter user Julie Dickerson pledged to use Friday’s jackpot to set up a foundation for disadvantaged children, allowing them to take a summer holiday.

Enhanced Superdraw jackpots are just one of the many EuroMillions changes that came into force before the draw on Tuesday 27th September. Other adjustments include the raising of the minimum jackpot to €17 million and the introduction of the Ireland Only Raffle.

Whether you would do something sensible, noteworthy or downright silly with Friday’s €130 million Superdraw jackpot, you have to be in it to win it. Visit the Bet Online page, or head to an authorised retailer in any of the nine participating nations. Good luck!
