Irish Lotto Results for Wednesday 6th May 2015

Last Updated: Tuesday 27th September 2022, 09:27 am

The Irish Lotto jackpot is now heading for €6 million this Saturday after players failed to match all six main numbers drawn on Wednesday 6th May. While some fans might be disappointed about not snapping up the top prize, others will be excited to see the jackpot grow larger - and bring with it the potential for a bigger payout. Wednesday’s winning numbers were 6, 13, 18, 24, 29 and 41 with Bonus Ball 45.

Over 30,000 ticket holders still cleaned up, with one player matching five main numbers and the Bonus Ball to win €25,000 - the first such award since Wednesday 15th April. Another 48 participants, having matched five main numbers, grabbed €1,079 each. Other prizes dished out to lucky winners in the main game ranged from €5 for matching three main numbers up to €167 for matching four main numbers and the Bonus Ball.

In Lotto Plus 1, a single ticket holder matched five main numbers and the Bonus Ball to win €3,500, while a player in Lotto Plus 2 pulled off the same feat and bagged €2,500. Have a look at the Results page if you’d like to learn more about all three of last night’s draws.

Despite the lack of a top tier winner, it’s still been been a great time to be an Irish Lotto player. A Sligo resident, who purchased his winning Lotto Plus 1 ticket at a local Dunnes Stores in the area, scooped €350,000 in the draw held on Wednesday 29th April. Even if you just match three numbers in any of the Irish Lotto games, you’re still on track to pick up a cash prize.

If you think you can grab €6 million for yourself this weekend, make sure you choose your Lotto numbers for Saturday by visiting the Bet Online page or by going to your local authorised retailer in Ireland to purchase a few entries. Good luck and have fun!
